The world is an uncertain place, theres alot of noise and distraction, and not enough peace and vitality. We can't control the external, but we can control the internal: how we react. I feel that there is a great need for more natural healthcare and wellness that could be spread across communities, helping others help themselves. 

My story 

Having educated myself in kinesiology and energy medicine, I got to teach people on 1to1 and I learnt some amazing things along the way; however, I could only do 1to1 and I felt something was missing. I felt that I needed to reach out and help more people in groups with these amazing powers and fusing qioung with it. People will actually discover how they can truly help themselves with these magical,  wonderful practices and techniques with spirit. 

My core values are to grow a business where I can share my passion and professional journey to helping others without taking prescription drugs
