Here are my courses programs and service  offers 

Here's how it works   

Book a pilates introductory Beginner course of 6 weeks below this shows you the basics then you have the option to move onto a subscription membership program these last 1 year  we have 2 available

these are:

Pilates maintenance program -for 1 class a week continuing beginner classes after your 6 weeks course is up or moving up to an Intermediate class 

Pilates unlimited program -for 2 or more classes a week these can be in-person or online.

Consultations

We offer 1 hour  full back consultations. In your consultation, we will discuss your symptoms then I’ll thoroughly exam you and go through any x-rays or scans you’ve already had, requesting any additional scans as needed. I will then have a very clear idea of the cause of your symptoms and explain the treatment options to get the best possible outcome contact us here for times and pricing

                                                                                                  We offer  a FREE 15 minute consultation calls for back pain relief coaching 1to1 .This is to find out whether our back pain relief coaching is the right program for you.

We offer these via zoom if you have downloaded the zoom app and are comfortable working with zoom we will send you the link a few hours before or via telephone at the appointed time

    • Your self-conscious you won't be able to do the exercises
    • You have a weak core and ongoing lower back pain.
    • Feeling lopsided with lousy balance and stability

    • providing we have the space check timetable first
    • This doesn't apply to courses only programs
    • 2 plus Unlimited weekly classes in person or online option
