Beginner pilates course starts Thursdays 21st July 7.30pm
St Peter's church hall Bearsted
The session lasts one hour.
The exercises are slow and controlled.
You work at your own pace. You will need a mat and a large towel that can be folded up and placed under the lower back or head. If you are a beginner, you start at level 1 and progress to level 2. Don't worry if you haven't a mat. I have spares. Please wear comfortable clothing with a fitted top so I can ascertain posture.
