What you need


  • If you are doing online sessions, you need to download the Zoom app if you haven't already done so

  • You need a computer, a laptop, an iPad, or a phone. A laptop and an iPad are best. 

  • And good lighting 

  • A foam roller. If you haven’t got one already, you can order one at the link below on Amazon 

  • A mat and Pillow

  • Wear comfortable clothing with a fitted top, bare feet or socks.
