Encouraged by a friend to try Pilates, I did just that! Six months ago, I began my tentative journey into the world of Pilates with Vicky, and I can not speak highly enough about the care, support, or benefits I have had and continue to have through her teaching.


Over the first few weeks, we established where my limits were - a weak core and aches and pains in my lower back - and within the first 12 weeks, I could feel the difference. Six months on, I now have a much stronger core, and the lower back pain has eased to the point of being very occasionally rather than daily.


I cannot thank or recommend Vicky enough.

I started Pilates with Victoria more than two years ago and am still turning up every week. It has become a vital part of my weekly schedule to keep flexible as I get older. I had tried Pilates classes before, but it was clear from the first week that Victoria's knowledge and approach were far more effective than anything I had experienced. When lockdown hit, we switched to Zoom classes. Although Victoria returned to offering face-to-face courses, she continues offering online classes. This is the best thing ever, as I no longer have to commit to a 30-minute drive on either side of the class. Victoria is excellent at making sure we can see what she is doing. Taking part in a class from home is convenient, and I really recommend it. Come and join us. The more the merrier!
