What to expect in our 6 week pilates beginner course


One of the first things we teach in our beginners courses is the right position to allow the body to feel good, to feel support, and receive the benefits!!! Here's one of our previous beginners courses enjoying learning neutral and imprint.


1/ You can expect to have some fun we do laugh and smile

and if you want to be at the back row thats okay

If you want to stop and watch one of the exercises for a moment that is perfectly okay.

And please expect to understand pilates a little more  and experience  your body feeling really good.

That is our intention

We do ask if possible if you can bring your own mat

However if you can’t we will have some sanitised ones

So we still a  few places left on some of these courses
